Thanks to the lever operated pumps of the PMI series it is possible to create emergency drive lines inside the hydraulic circuits. The PMI range includes pumps with a displacement from 6 to 45 cm3/cycle cycle (0,37 to 2,75 In3/cycle), with a double pumping cycle, which generates pressure with both lever movements. The pump displacement is therefore to be understood as the sum of the pumped movement downwards and of the pumped movement upwards. PMI pumps are designed for mounting on the tank and are supplied complete with fixing screws and gasket. The maximum working pressure is a function of the chosen displacement and varies from 280 to 500 bar. On the page relating to the PMI pumps in the technical catalog are also indicated the optimal working pressures that allow to balance the mechanical effort for the lever operation. Thanks to a lever flow diverter with 4-way and 3 positions integrated in the pump and with a closed-center spool, it is possible to connect the pump directly to double-acting cylinders or reversible hydraulic motors. The pump body is in cast iron and a black paint protects it from the action of corrosive agents. The remaining components of the pump are made of steel. Surface protection is ensured by galvanizing treatment. Optional functions are available upon request. An operating lever L=600 mm is supplied with the pump.
