PM70 pumps are hydraulic pumps with manual operation (lever) and single delivery. They are suitable for controlling single-acting hydraulic cylinders. These are fixed displacement pumps: 70 cm3/cycle (4,27 In3/cycle). The double pumping cycle generates pressure with both lever movements. The displacement value is therefore referred to the pump operation in both directions. Typical application for this type of hand pumps in a hydraulic circuit is the implementation of emergency commands. PM70 pumps require panel mounting. The suction from the tank occurs through a tube connected to the inlet port. The maximum working pressure is 200 bar (2900 PSI). The optimal working pressure, to contain the mechanical driving force, is 50 bar (725 PSI). The pump body is made of cast iron and protected against corrosion by black paint. Other components are made of steel. The zinc plating treatment protects the external surfaces from oxidation. Optional functions are available on request, such as the by-pass valve. An actuating lever L=600 mm is included in the supply of the pump.
