CM6 directional valve 2/2 SAE8 direct acting with double sealing, manually ooperated

The manually operated valve CM6 is a directional valve 2 ways/2 positions with direct acting. Available with the configuration NC (normallly closed), the valve allows to oil going through only after acting of the lever kit. With the lever is possible to manage a proportional opening of the poppet in order to modulate the flow through the valve. It is recommended theinstallation of the valve so that the flow direction is from port 2 to port 1. The double sealing of the valve CM6 grants the complete interruption between the lines upstream and downstream of the valve itself independently by the side with higher pressure. The sealing is granted by a poppet built with high resistance steel, hardened and grinded. The manually operated valve CM6 is available with size SAE8 in order to install its cartridge in a cavity with thread 3/4-16 UNF. The lever box is fixed to the manifold with four screws M5, for a robust mounting of the valve to its installation’s surface. The maximum working pressure for the valve CM6 is 320 bar (4641 PSI) , while it is recommended its employement for flow rate up to 25 lpm (6,6 USgpm). The lever with lenght 190 is included in the valve. On request, is available the option with electric microswitch which allows to operate the valve electrically in addition to the manual operting (e.g. switch of a motorpump). The lever box is built with an aluminium casting while the catridge is made with steel and protected against the corrosion with zinc plating treatment.
