In-Line Valves

DCF flanged double cross line direct acting relief valves

In stock

The double cross line DCF valves are typically used to protect a motor from pressure surges

DCF valves are made of a steel body on which two direct acting relief valves are mounted to control the pressure on both connecting lines.

These double cross anti-shock valves are used to limit the pressure on both hydraulic motors’ lines at a certain setting pressure. They are principally used both as anti-shock valves and to set the two pressure lines with different adjustment values. This flanged version grants a compact assembly with few pressure drops and it is suitable for DANFOSS OMR/OMP motors. The external body is made of high resistance steel and externally protected from oxidations by zinc treatment. On request we can supply a zinc/nickel treatment to increase the oxidation resistance when the valve has poor protection or it is located in external environments.
