Oleoweb since 2004 is a hydraulic valves and components manufacturer for the hydraulic market that has the goal of becoming a reference point in Europe
and worldwide, thanks to the relationships developed with its customers
in more than 50 countries.

Our electric and hydraulic valves, manufactured in the hydraulic district of Reggio Emilia, are used on lifting and construction machinery, industrial vehicles and agriculture applications. We can provide both standard hydraulic valves (interchangeable with other brands in the sector) and customized solutions for specific needs.

INSERT VALVES

There are products that can be use into housing or manifold with special cavities. In this family you can find check valve ball type, poppet type or disk type, hose burst valvev, flow control valves fixed or adjustable pressure compensated.

INLINE-VALVES

They are products whose main feature is to be mounted in line on actuators and in these applications. They are valves manufactured in high quality zinc plated steel or in aluminum with black anodizer treatment Depending on their function, these valve can be control the flow rate, the pressure, maintain the position of an actuator and manage the oil direction and its division or reunification.

COUNTERBALANCE VALVES

The products are designed and developed in parts in body (Overcenter), these valves are characterized by mechanical moving parts that slide directly on the valve body in zinc-plated steel and allow to maintain and control negative loads and in the presence of gravitational forces. They are designed to support loads in many applications such as lifting, earth moving and agriculture. They can be mounted on in-line or flanged actuators and can be single or double, for applications for open center or closed center.

ELECTRICAL VALVES

Hydraulic circuits are often equipped with remote automatic controls which require the use of electro-hydraulic products such as electrical valves that allow the generation of hydraulic power through an electrical signal. These valves, thanks to the magnetic field generated by the current of a coil fed to a stable voltage, are subjected to an electromagnetic force inside them able to cause linear movements in the mechanical components capable of modifying the passage of oil from one mouth to the other of the solenoid valve.

CARTRIDGE VALVES

All products are cartridge type and have a mechanical operation that allows you to check the flow rate or pressure or seal, the direction of the oil and its division or reunification. They are normally inserted in standard or special blocksnwith SAE or metric cavities and tightened to an optimalntorque for their functioning over time.

HYDRAULIC MANIFOLDS

The hydraulic manifolds and the bases are made of aluminium with a black anodizer surface treatment that are used in line or flanged on applications involving its base on CETOP valves.nThey can be equipped with or without a relief valve. The standard blocks for cartridges and in SAE cavities can be produced either in black anodized aluminium or in zinc-plated steel.

HAND PUMPS AND FLOW DIVERTERS

Our range of hand pumps meets the needs of many fields: agriculture, earth moving, aerial platforms, transport and energy industries. They allow the oil taken from the tanks to be pumped manually in emergency situations. Flow diverters allow the connection of various ways in order to connect entrances and exits according to the needs of the application.
